Track POs through the Supply Chain
Record the Manufacturer Acknowledgement, Manufacturer’s Ex-Works Date, Container No, Shipping Carrier, Shipping Vessel, Departure Date, Departure Port, Destination Port, Arrival Date, Clearing Agent and other data with the PO. Record the Incoterms applicable to the shipment. Update all of the shipment data continuously as your goods move through the supply chain. This data is available from and can be updated from the Accolent ERP List POs screen so you can get an accurate picture of where your goods are at all times. This improves transparency, reduces costs of port storage and minimizes supply chain snafus.
Record Landed Costs and Apportion
Receive the PO and apportion the Landed Costs between several POs if needed. Support for HTSUS import tariffs. Automatically allocate the total PO Landed Costs to individual product line items on the basis of HTS import duty code, extended price, weight or cubes. The costs from the manufacturer/vendor grossed up by the allocated Landed Costs are automatically updated and capitalized into inventory for every purchase order line item. Using the Accolent ERP Landed Costs functionality reduces errors and eliminates the risk of unaccounted for purchasing costs not being considered prior to completing a sale.
