Comprehensive Training Program
Our comprehensive training program will quickly get your team up and running on the Accolent ERP system. The program consists of a content outline, a series of training videos, and test assignments. You will be able to use the content outline to establish goals and targets for the completion of each segment and the overall training program. The modular content allows employees in different functional areas to be assigned different training videos and to set their own schedules for reviewing these consistent with the overall target. Conveniently, the training videos can be viewed outside business hours, so they don’t interfere with employees’ day jobs. After viewing the training videos, users should put test transactions into the pre-live environment which will facilitate increased content retention. Whenever needed, you can schedule calls with your implementation manager or enter support tickets for assistance.

We have modularized the training program content as much as possible and entering test transactions into the pre-live environment will help ensure content retention.
